You have found your direct audience that you want to target. Before you start following people you have to know you only can follow 1,000 people per day if you try to follow more twitter will suspend your account for a week and if you do it again twitter will band your account. Write down the best keyword or parses that represent your website. One way you can start following a direct audience is to find out who is tweeting about keywords that represent your website.
